When should a student apply for a scholarship
- Students below the age of 18 can choose to take our English entry tests, based on similar criteria to IELTS, to be eligible for both a place and/or a scholarship.
- Scholarship policy applies to Pre-A, A-level, and Foundation courses for both September and January intakes.
- The scholarship will be offered to the student during the whole duration of the study at St. Andrew’s. However, scholarships will be reviewed annually and are subject to good academic performance and behavior. To obtain a continuation of the scholarship a student would need at least 2 As in the first year of A-Level and an attendance level of at least 95% in all subjects.
- If taking a course or subjects for A-Level that does not include Maths, the Maths test is not taken into consideration. The student may need to present a portfolio/essay for review.

This college has good quality, comfortable residential accommodation for the students. They have 6 halls of residences offering the choice of both single and shared rooms. Many rooms are ensuite and all houses have a common room where students can relax and watch tv, eat or chat with friends. There is WIFI in all residences and you will be given your username and password when you arrive. Breakfast and dinner are provided each day and there are always snacks available.
The safety, health and welfare of the students is their priority so each of our residences has a live in House Manager. The House Manager provides breakfast each day and the evening meal. They provide varied, well-balanced meals and can cater for most reasonable dietary requests. Rooms are cleaned each week and the House Manager will also wash a basket of laundry each week. The House Manager is also there to provide help and assistance, supervision and care.
