Master of Air Transport Management offers a wide range of management strategy issues to prepare you for employment in different sectors of the aviation industry, such as: aerospace companies, airport companies, civil aviation sections, airlines, and aviation consultants. This course merges managerial, financial, analytical and interpersonal skills with basic compulsory air transport training. The purpose of this course is to attract individuals who are interested in developing knowledge in the field of strategic issues of transportation management. In order to cater for those that wish to remain in employment; we are offering a part time version of the MSc in Air Transport Management. You will be able to adjust the course to suit your organization. At the end of the course you will gain a recognized international degree which will take you to a new level of your profession all over the world. Some privileges of this course: having access to support facilities and library, benefiting from a wide range of cultural contexts, directing by an Industrial Advisory Committee consisting of senior representatives of leading airlines and related departments, reviewing the content of the course by IAC to ensure its relevance to the needs of the industry. This course is made up of six compulsory and four elective modules, an individual research project, and a group project. The provided modules may be modified or canceled due to research advances, changes in rules or for various other reasons. The group project involves groups of students working on setting up an airline in any country they select, and they can also pick out any kind of airline business model. The individual project provides an opportunity for students to study a problem in detail. The following is a list of compulsory modules:

Admission requirements for an executive master’s degree in Air Transport Management:
This course offers both MSc and PgDip degrees only part-time. Successful completion of MSc takes three years and PgDip two years. To study the field, you need a first or upper second class UK honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Other professional qualification with several years of related work experience may be accepted.

The School of Water, Energy and Environment, the School of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing, and the School of Management are located on the Cranfield Campus, as well as many industrial-scale facilities for research.
There are many facilities on Cranfield Campus, including: student accommodation options, two hotels with full accommodation and conference and banqueting facilities, sports and recreation facilities, and a private airport. Cranfield Campus sports facilities include several tennis courts sports pitches, playing fields, an aerobics stadium, and a fitness center.
Students admitted to a full-time course can apply for on-campus accommodation. They will also be able to find private housing off campus in nearby areas. Cranfield Campus has 1,466 single rooms, 75 studio apartments for couples, and 97 family homes including two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom houses. All dormitories have Wi-Fi internet connection. All students will benefit from Endsleigh insurance, which covers the risks that may occur while living in student accommodation.
