Deadlines and intakes:
The admission is open all year round. However, the academic year always starts in October and, in order for your application to be taken into consideration for the current academic year, you should apply before 25th of August. Moreover, since the admission is a complex process which involves receiving the letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Education and Research (which might take over 4 weeks), receiving the study visa (which also might take 1-2 months), therefore it is highly recommended to start the application as early as possible.

Students attending the Romanian American University can decide whether to stay on campus or find housing off campus. For those who choose on-campus living, the university offers dormitories that are modern and comfortable. These dorms are conveniently located near the university and come equipped with all the essential facilities. Each dormitory houses 150 rooms, each with three bedrooms, accommodating up to 450 students. To live in the dorms, students need to pay a monthly fee of 110 euros.
After Graduation
International students enrolled at the Romanian American University in Romania are presented with the option to engage in part-time professional roles, granted they have obtained a work permit. In this case, they are allowed to work about 20 hours per week and earn up to 150 euros a month. This will help students gain first-hand experience about the labor market and earn an income that can help with their daily expenses.
However, it must be mentioned that the students who only speak English may face difficulties when looking for a part-time job as the majority of the people in Romania speak Romanian. Therefore, not knowing Romanian can make the process harder but not impossible.
