The Gianicolo Residence and the Lungara Apartments cost around € 4,300 for each semester. Those who prefer a more private room can pay € 5,100 and reside in single rooms. Moreover, the Rastevere Apartments and the Neighborhood apartments cost € 3,600 per semester for students who do not mind sharing a room with roommates and € 4,400 for those who prefer single rooms. There also is an option, graduate studio apartments which costs € 7,400 for single or double use per semester.
All the residences are equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and heating systems. Furthermore, students can benefit from a regular cleaning service. The safety of the dorms and apartments are guaranteed; security guards are constantly present to make sure there are no problems or safety threats.
