Option 1: Secondary school (for students with secondary school graduation only):

B.C. secondary school graduation or equivalent with:

  • English Studies 12 or English First Peoples 12 (see Note) with a minimum grade of B.
  • Two additional Approved Grade 12 courses.
  • Minimum B average calculated on English Studies 12 or English First Peoples 12 (see Note) and the two best Approved Grade 12 courses.

Option 2: University entrance (for students who have attended some post-secondary school):

Students falling below the minimum requirements for the degree program may explore enrollment alternatives, such as pursuing the Criminal Justice diploma or Qualifying Studies, based on their CGPA or secondary school requirements.

  • Applicants with 1-14 transferable credits must meet the high school admission requirements above and present a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on all attempted transferable courses.
  • Applicants with 15-29 transferable credits must present a minimum CGPA of 2.67 on all attempted transferable courses.
  • Applicants with 30 or more transferable credits must present a minimum CGPA of 2.50 on all attempted transferable courses.
