The athletic facilities at the university encompass the Harry Dickie Sports Complex, featuring an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, weight room, hardwood basketball court, four playing fields, six miles of cross-country trails, a pond, and tennis courts. Adjacent to the athletic fields, there is a Meditation Garden created by former faculty member and alumnus, Tom Cochran ’66, generously donated by Mr. Thomas and The Rev. Dr. Charlene Proctor. Additionally, an observatory equipped with a Celestron 14″ telescope is situated in close proximity to the Athletic Fields.
