Algebra Ltd. was established in April 1998 as an adult education company. By June 1998, the company had trained the inaugural participants of its computer and computer applications seminar. This month witnessed a notable surge in Algebra’s service users. Over the subsequent years, from 1999 to 2000, Algebra witnessed substantial growth, firmly establishing itself in the adult education market specializing in consumer applications of information technologies (IT).
