ABOUT
Introduction:
Our course has been developed to cater for the property industry’s growing need for financially-literate graduates with specialist investment and finance knowledge. There is an ever-growing relationship between property, investment and financial markets, making the field increasingly dynamic and graduates within it some of the highest paid.
You’ll develop core property industry knowledge and skills in areas including investment and financial project management, financial risk management, negotiation, valuation, portfolio management, investment appraisal, business planning, financial regulations and sustainability of financial investment projects.
What you’ll study
The course provides you with detailed specialist knowledge and skills in areas including investment and financial project management, financial risk management, negotiation, valuation, portfolio management, investment appraisal, business planning, financial regulations and sustainability of financial investment projects.
You’ll develop a significant knowledge of financial markets, investment opportunities and stock markets in practice throughout the course, enabling you to experience how to make money from real estate as an individual and for big industry players.

Entry requirements
For this course, you will need one of the following:
- A-levels – BBB; or
- BTEC Extended Diploma – DDM; or
- 120 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications
and
- GCSEs – English and Maths grade C / 4.
Fees and funding
International fees for 2022 entry onto a full-time undergraduate course are:
- £15,600, or
- £16,200 (for courses in the Nottingham School of Art & Design and Nottingham Business School).
Tuition fees are payable for each year that you are at University. Tuition fees for the second and subsequent years of your undergraduate course may increase in line with inflation and as specified by the UK government.
If you choose to do a work placement as part of the undergraduate course the fee for the work placement will be £1,385.
Late Applications
If you missed the UCAS January deadline, it’s not too late to apply to join us in September 2022.
Applying to university after the January deadline isn’t anything to worry about – we accept applications for most of our undergraduate courses until Thursday 30 June 2022.
If you apply after Thursday 30 June 2022, your application will automatically be entered into Clearing. Clearing opens on Tuesday 5 July 2022, but we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.
