It is only 5 minutes away from the university and is equipped with all the same amenities as the previous two. Singer hall is similar to the others with two differences. It includes 693 residences and is equipped with a parking space.
Language requirements of Postgraduate diploma in International Hospitality and Tourism Management:
Students need a language qualification equal to TOEFL iBT of 88 and a minimum component score of 19 or IELTS 6.5 and higher with each component equal to at least 5.5.
Students who do not meet the required language qualifications can attend the pre-sessional English program.

Postgraduate students can find accommodation in all the four complexes mentioned before in addition to Parish Rooms, which is a complex that consists of 36 residences and is more cost efficient. It is extremely secure and equipped with all the facilities that other complexes have. Furthermore, it is with walking distance to the university and costs up to £125.
After Graduation
