It is only 5 minutes away from the university and is equipped with all the same amenities as the previous two. Singer hall is similar to the others with two differences. Postgraduate students can find accommodation in all the four complexes mentioned before in addition to Parish Rooms, which is a complex that consists of 36 residences and is more cost efficient.
