Studying master of Materials and Manufacturing at Jönköping University in Sweden:
This programme within product development is focusing on being able to predict and optimize engineering components. The program introduces you to product realization and both product and production development. You learn about materials science, manufacturing technology, surface technology och numerical analysis. The second year offers two tracks, one within component optimization and the other is given entirely online within foundry technology.

Application Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (ie. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) in Materials and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent.
- Bachelor Diploma from a recognized university. Note: If you have not yet received the diploma, but are in your final year, you may submit documentation from your university, certifying that you are an active student in your last semester.
- Transcripts of completed courses and grades
- Thesis, independent work or equivalent from your bachelor’s degree (original language) only if the programme you are applying to requires a thesis or equivalent
- Proof of English proficiency.
- A copy of your passport (EU/EEA/Swiss citizens may submit a copy of a valid identity card which clearly states citizenship).

All new international students are guaranteed accommodation, provided that they apply for accommodation correctly, pay the administrative fee and announce their arrival in time. The guarantee only applies to admitted students at Jönköping University. Family members are not included in the guarantee.

- A one-time charge of 300 SEK is added on the first rent in most accommodation for the provision of a duvet and a pillow.
