The men’s and women’s residence halls offer a vibrant multicultural environment, creating a perfect balance of social and academic activities. These accommodations provide spaces where students can live, study, relax, and stay active in comfort. The accommodation prices include several amenities:

- Facilities and Activities
The residence halls provide comfortable living spaces for students and also feature guest rooms for visiting faculty and guests. Each student receives room keys, WiFi credentials for up to four devices, and access cards for secure entry.
Additional amenities include a gym supervised by staff, a coin-operated laundry room, a leisure room, study areas, and a fully functional kitchen. Male and female residences have separate entry and exit points. For added security, 24-hour surveillance and extensive CCTV coverage are available in common areas.
Students can choose between fully furnished double or single rooms, each equipped with an ensuite washroom.
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai Academic City, the student residences are well connected to local transportation services such as buses and taxis, and are in close proximity to eateries, shopping centers, and healthcare facilities.
