Incoming students at UITM are allocated housing from the available pool of dormitory spaces. The process to secure accommodation involves several critical steps:
- Document Submission: Prospective students must first submit all necessary application documents and subsequently receive an offer letter.
- Fee Payment: Payment of tuition and application fees, as outlined in the offer letter, is required to proceed.
- Acceptance and Guarantee: Once the fees are paid, students will receive Acceptance Letters along with documents guaranteeing accommodation.
- Accommodation Inquiry: With acceptance letters in hand, candidates can reach out to the UITM Admissions team to explore available housing options.
- Official Offer: An official accommodation offer will be provided to candidates 2-3 months prior to the commencement of the semester.
Reservation Confirmation**: To secure the offered accommodation, candidates must complete the payment and confirm the reservation.
