Curriculum:

The BSBA Major in Human Resource Management program is designed to develop the critical thinking and analytical information, communication technology skills, human relations as well as communication, quantitative, and computer skills needed by the graduates to successfully serve as leaders in business organizations.

The graduates can fulfil the education requirements for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification and become recruiters, negotiators and trainers, and occupy managerial positions in labor-related fields.

 

Application Requirements:

Applicants from the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma program must achieve an overall predicted score of 29 points as well as a predicted grade of 5 in SL or 4 in HL mathematics. The following mathematics courses are accepted:

• Analysis and Approaches SL
• Analysis and Approaches HL
• Applications and Interpretations HL

 

English language requirements:

• English second language (ESL) course requirement: The Department of Education offers ESL courses to non-native speakers of English who are accepted by Concordia University but who must upgrade their reading and writing skills.
• Results must be less than two years old at the time of your application in order to be accepted as proof of language proficiency.
