- Completion of the following prerequisite courses with a minimum grade of C- or better: BIOL 201, BIOL 206, CHEM 208, and MATH 203.
- A personal statement that outlines the applicant’s academic and professional goals.
- Two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references.
