Students with a graphic/digital/audiovisual design/arts study profile, or with a background in communication, marketing, journalism or media management, should select a number of subjects for at least 18 ECTS and maximum 33 ECTS per semester. A normal semester is 30 ECTS.

The international students can choose to live in the Artevelde University of Applied Sciences of Belgium accommodation options with other students or the exchange students. Although the rooms for the exchange students are different from the degree-seeking ones.
Overall, the students can stay in these houses from the 12th of September 2022 till the 7th of September 2023 and choose from various options like Bagatten House (16, 9000 Ghent), Savana and Jeruzalem House (76, 9000 Ghent), Poort House (254, 9000 Ghent), Baudelo Upkot (75, 9000 Ghent), and so on.
Also, the students who want to get a rental in Ghent must pay about €400 per month for a standard room up to €600 per month for a studio with bathroom and cooking facilities (utility costs included). Furthermore, the applicants can get temporary accommodation in Belgium and spend a few days looking for the best option according to their budget and priorities.
After Graduation
The students must refer to their visas to find out whether they can work while studying in Belgium or not. Overall, the students who need to work while studying to cover a part of their tuition fee, living, and study expenses can choose the short courses or the part-time programs to have enough time to work part-time in related jobs.
This university will help the students find proper part-time jobs and gain more job experience and have a better chance of finding a suitable and related job after graduation in Belgium or the global job market.
